Kunst uit West  (Utrecht) is trying to get Artists in the hood more known with the public in their own neighborhood Utrecht West and wanted to give them a place to exhibit. In the months September and October the work of painters Anneke van der Lende & Barbara Mensink & visual artist Francoise van Schie is on show at Landhuis in de Stad.

This old countryhouse is a great location in the middel of the beautiful green Oog in Al Park. Where you can enjoy the restaurant downstairs and the terrace near the water, have meetings, rent spaces upstairs for workshops or readings. The Artists works are displayed throughout the whole building in the meeting rooms, hall & in the restaurant. 

I exhibit there with my Vitamin SEA. All works are for sale  :-)

I am very proud to announce that my self portrait has been selected for the exhibition 'Weekend van het Portret' by De Nederlandse Portretprijs. Out of 502 paintings that participated the competition, the jury chose 112 Self Portraits in 2D and 3D made by Dutch artists. You are more than welcome to visit the exhibition 'Oog in Oog'. Hope to meet you there during the official opening on friday 31 august 16.00 hours. Or in case you can not make it at the closure drink at sunday at 16.00 hours. Hope to see you in real live  :-)

Kom ook naar het Weekend van het Portret, van 31 augustus tot en met 2 september in Loods6 te Amsterdam.

Op ​vrijdag 31 augustus 2018 om 16:00 wil ik je uitnodigen voor de feestelijke opening

van het Weekend van het Portret 2018 en de tentoonstelling "Oog in Oog" in Loods 6,
KNSM-laan 143 te Amsterdam. Tijdens dit weekend vol lezingen, minicolleges, presentaties en een unieke expositie wordt de bezoeker meegenomen in de wereld van de hedendaagse zelfportretkunst in Nederland.
Na twee succesvolle eerdere edities is ook deze expositie veelbelovend. Maar liefst 502 zelfportretten werden ingezonden in de categorieën 2D en 3D. Daaruit heeft een speciale selectiecommissie een selectie van ruim honderd portretten gemaakt die de diversiteit en kwaliteit van de hedendaagse Nederlandse portretkunst laten zien.
De openingstoespraak wordt verzorgd door Hedy d'Ancona, oud-minister van Cultuur en lid van de commissie van aanbeveling van de Nederlandse Portretprijs. Wij hopen op deze opening alle deelnemende kunstenaars, partners, sponsors, raad van toezicht, de commissie van aanbeveling, de selectiecommissie en het bestuur te kunnen begroeten. Een introducé is welkom.

Since today is a really hot day I tought you could use something to cool off a little bit  :-)
​This fresh brand new painting and 30 others I installed last Friday in a new exhibition full of Vitamin SEA in the east part of Holland at the Koppelkerk Bredevoort. Since they are living far away from the beach I brought the beach over there ;-)

I would like to invite you to take a fresh dive into my Vitamin SEA! These paintings are to be seen at the Koppelkerk Bredevoort until sunday 20th of August.

I was invited to exhibit my work at Gallery Streetscape in Castricum.

Recently have been working on some new paintings which I now love to share with you all! Since I do LOVE the sky with her beautiful Dutch clouds, I can't get enough of it! I have been working on some larger size paintings indoors. With the inspiration I collected over the years working outdoors.

Friday the 12th of may I installed 17 of my latest paintings full of Vitamin SEA. Love to invite you all for the grand opening Saturday the 20th of may at 14.30 hours at Gallery Streetscape in Castricum. Would be nice to see you all....just in case you can't make it that day you have a chance to see my work at the Gallery until the 22nd of juni 2017.
