This morning installed the Window Exhibition at Busker Bergen, end of this day already 
SOLD the first large beach painting. Wow what a great start of the Art week Bergen. Very happy with it. 

Today installed some of my Seascapes in the Window Exhibition at 'Busker Bergen Fietsplezier'. Starting tomorrow the village of Bergen is crowded with Art and art lovers for 10 days for the annual Kunst-10-daagse. If you like to see my beach paintings in real life? 
Go to the centre of the village Bergen and have a look in the shop window of the Bike Shop. You can also rent a bike and cycle around in the beautiful village to visit the several art spots.

Last summer I was asked to make a painting in commission for a family. They were planning to leave their so beloved neighbourhood. And asked me to capture their house in the surrounding, so they could keep this sweet memory and bring it to their new home. 
Always exiting to make a painting in commission, yesterday when I presented the painting they were very happy with the end result. I am thrilled because they also bought another painting of the neighbourhood I painted about a year ago. 
What a great moment and big pleasure to see them happy with both paintings! 
I know these two paintings of mine found a great and warm new home  :-)
