Finished this painting of these lovely girls yesterday. Last week I thought I had fucked it up. But yesterday when I had nothing to loose I became more free and all of a sudden it worked out great. I really like this painting, hope you too....?  Added it to my webshop together with some more BIG size studio paintings.

Went to the beach on a rainy sunday and was very happy to see these horses in the distance. Found my subject for that moment and had to work fast to catch them in paint. Very happy with this painting hope you like it too....?

Op een regenachtige zondag naar het strand gereden, super blij toen ik deze paarden in de verte aan zag komen. Mijn onderwerp voor dat moment kwam er spontaan aan rijden, moest snel te werk gaan om ze in olieverf te vangen. Super blij met dit schilderij, hoop dat jij er net zo van geniet als ik....?

Sometimes you are just very lucky when you are painting plein air and these lovely girls arrived to play at the seashore. Had to paint this lovely moment on a beautiful day in spring.

Soms heb je gewoon een geluksmoment als je plein air aan het schilderen bent en deze lieftallige meisjes vlak voor je neus gaan spelen aan de waterkant. Moest dit mooie moment vastleggen op een prachtige voorjaarsdag aan het strand van Katwijk aan Zee.
